• Payment terms are outlined in individual engagement agreements or invoices
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited      at the discretion of Insider Advisory & Coaching, LLC.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during paid coaching or advisory engagements is treated as confidential in accordance with professional standards and applicable agreements.

Information submitted through contact forms or scheduling tools should not include sensitive or confidential details unless a formal engagement has been established.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Examples, testimonials, or past experiences are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content and materials provided through the Services are the intellectual property of Insider Advisory & Coaching, LLC or its licensors.
