About Me
I’m Jessica Mordo — founder of Insider Advisory & Coaching, executive coach, organizational psychologist, certified fitness instructor, and former corporate leader. Most recently, I served as Head of Talent for a private equity firm, but my career began in 2007 as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers (yes, right before the collapse).
After navigating the loss of my first job at 23, the sudden passing of my father, and the uncertainty that followed, I discovered my true professional calling — developing people and high-performing teams.
Experience
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in leadership roles at world-renowned firms including Global Infrastructure Partners, Blackstone, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
My work has spanned advising and coaching professionals at every level — from early career hires to C-suite executives — as well as designing learning programs, facilitating training, and leading organizational initiatives. In these roles, I didn’t just hone the skills and behaviors needed to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments — I recognized, cultivated, and developed those same qualities in others to drive both individual and organizational success.

That’s why I integrate my background in organizational psychology and fitness instruction to create holistic programs that support both professional and personal growth, while ensuring performance is sustainable over the long term.
